If you used the Inseego Mobile app to find a location for your device, it may have added the device to Inseego Connect. When logging in to Inseego Connect, check to see if your device is already registered and appears on the Device List page. If it is not, check Devices > Register. If the device is listed there, restart your device to hasten the registration process.
