Our due diligence processes
Supply chain verification
Inseego engages in verification of its supply chain to evaluate and address the risks of human trafficking and slavery using internal resources. At this time verification is not conducted by a third party.
Inseego may conduct onsite audits of supplier facilities which produce products for Inseego to evaluate supplier compliance with our company standards for trafficking and slavery in our supply chain. Onsite audits may include a review of relevant supplier records, policies and work practices as well as inspection of the facilities. At the present time we accomplish this verification using internal resources and during a scheduled audit.
Suppliers' certification of materials
Inseego Supplier Code of Conduct requires compliance with all applicable laws, including laws against slavery or human trafficking.
Inseego requires all team members and contractors to follow the standards and principles set forth in the Inseego Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Inseego provides training on identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, including human trafficking and forced labor, to its managers and employees with direct responsibility for supply chain management.
