Will I always get 5G? Can I use the FW2000e outside of 5G coverage?

The FW2000e LED is switching from blue to green and sometimes dropping service

Indicator LED is blue or green/SIM appears active, but I cannot browse the internet

Can I set my FW2000e to use a specific band?
