Resetting your MiFi
You can reset your MiFi to factory settings with the reset button, from the touchscreen or from the Admin web UI.
IMPORTANT: Resetting your MiFi will disconnect devices and reset network names and passwords.
To reset from the MiFi touchscreen, tap Menu > Settings > Factory Reset.
To reset the MiFi from the Admin web UI, select Settings > Backup and Restore and click Restore factory defaults.
To use the reset button:
- Make sure your MiFi is on.
- Remove the battery cover from the back of your MiFi.
- Insert an unfolded paper clip into the Reset hole and press until the MiFi screen shows MiFi Resetting.
