VM deployment guide

To deploy to Azure, follow these steps:

1. Convert VMDK to an Azure-compatible VHD.
2. Upload VHD to a storage account (blob).
3. Create a Linux OS disk based on the VHD in the storage account.
4. Create a VM with the disk or swap the OS disk to this disk.
