Let's setup your Inseego Support Portal

1. How to setup your account

  1. Open the email received from [email protected]
  2. Click on the register link in the email
  3. In the "Redeem invitation" tab, click the "Register" button
  4. Choose a username and password and click "Register" (your email address will be pre-populated).
  5. You will now be taken to the Support Portal home screen

2. How to create a support request

  1. From the portal home screen select "My support"
  2. Select "Open a new case"
  3. Enter the details on the support form
  4. If your request relates to a vehicle, please include the vehicle registration in the field labeled "Vehicle registration"
  5. Click "Submit" to submit your support request
  6. Once your request has been submitted you will see a confirmation message containing your unique case ID

3. How to view or add case notes

  1. From the portal home screen select "My support"
  2. Select the case you would like to view
  3. On the next screen you will see a timeline view of all notes created by yourself and your Inseego case manager
  4. To add a new note select "Add comment"
  5. Select "Update" to save the case
  6. Every time you update a support case an email will be sent to your Inseego case manager

4. How to view resolved cases

  1. From the portal home screen select "My support"
  2. Select the dropdown next to "My open cases"
  3. Select "My closed cases"

5. How to update your details

  1. Sign in to the Support Portal and select the dropdown next to your name
  2. Select your name
  3. On the next screen you can update your contact details, your password, and how you'd like to be contacted
