Let's setup your Inseego Support Portal
1. How to setup your account
- Open the email received from [email protected]
- Click on the register link in the email
- In the "Redeem invitation" tab, click the "Register" button
- Choose a username and password and click "Register" (your email address will be pre-populated).
- You will now be taken to the Support Portal home screen
2. How to create a support request
- From the portal home screen select "My support"
- Select "Open a new case"
- Enter the details on the support form
- If your request relates to a vehicle, please include the vehicle registration in the field labeled "Vehicle registration"
- Click "Submit" to submit your support request
- Once your request has been submitted you will see a confirmation message containing your unique case ID
3. How to view or add case notes
- From the portal home screen select "My support"
- Select the case you would like to view
- On the next screen you will see a timeline view of all notes created by yourself and your Inseego case manager
- To add a new note select "Add comment"
- Select "Update" to save the case
- Every time you update a support case an email will be sent to your Inseego case manager
4. How to view resolved cases
- From the portal home screen select "My support"
- Select the dropdown next to "My open cases"
- Select "My closed cases"
5. How to update your details
- Sign in to the Support Portal and select the dropdown next to your name
- Select your name
- On the next screen you can update your contact details, your password, and how you'd like to be contacted
