From 1st August 2022, the name “Ctrack” is no longer used for our business, and we have taken on the same name as parent company, Inseego.
Rest assured, we will remain your trusted telematics partner and you will have access to the same people you do today for teams such as sales and customer support. The service and solutions you receive today will not be disrupted and business operations will continue to run as usual. In addition, your log-in details will remain the same and you will be redirected to new page addresses once those change.
Since joining Inseego Corp. in 2016, we have worked hard towards building a superior portfolio for the needs of our customers. Combining over 35 years of telematics experience with Inseego’s strength in 5G will create more opportunities to improve and enhance your existing business operations.

Why has the company name changed?
The company has been part of Inseego Corp. (Nasdaq: INSG) since 2016. As part of Inseego’s growth strategy and positioning as a pure-play 5G company, there are key markets that enable this focus on 5G as we continue to innovate as an industry leader. The alignment of these business units geographically, particularly where we hold our existing telematics and asset tracking business across Europe, Australia and New Zealand is where we will cease to use the Ctrack name.

Furthermore, the combination of these areas of expertise will result in a better set of opportunities and solutions. Ultimately, the goal is to deliver a better experience for our customers and partners globally, whether you have a small fleet and have only been with us for a few months or have a large fleet and have been with us for over a decade.
Are there any differences to the products or software?
The fleet and/or asset management solutions that you have with us today will remain as per your current contract. You may see some small differences to the company branding and the web addresses for things like product naming and logos on your pre and post log-in screens but there will be no changes to functionality or features. Further communications will follow on information such as changes to product names – please make sure your contact details and email preferences are up to date.
In the future, we will continue to expand the range of solutions we offer you and your business to further improve your operating outcomes.
Are the prices changing?
No, prices included in your existing contract will not be changing simply because our company name is.
Will my access details change?
No, these will remain the same, so please continue to keep them safe.
Will I have to deal with different sales or support staff than I am used to?
All our current consultants across sales, support and any other departments will remain the same. Please check for any new email addresses for your usual contacts as these would have recently been updated, but rest assured there are redirects in place in the meantime to ensure all phone calls and emails are received.
As our new solutions are rolled out, you will get the opportunity to meet new consultants and specialists across the business who can discuss any of your requirements from a 5G perspective.
