Overview
You have purchased an Inseego FWA solution bundle, which includes an outdoor CPE, and indoor router, and access to Inseego 5G SD EDGE™, a single-pane-of-glass to manage your network.
This guide assumes that your outdoor CPE has been installed. Inseego recommends that outdoor CPEs be installed by professional technicians to assure optimal antenna orientation and performance.
IMPORTANT: If using the Inseego Mobile™ app to find a location for your devices, DO NOT select Manage via Inseego Connect at the end of the location survey. You will manage your devices with Inseego 5G SD EDGE.
NOTE: If you only have one SIM card, it should be installed in your outdoor CPE. Some service providers require that the SIM goes into SIM slot 1. If you have two SIM cards, the best practice is to install one in the outdoor CPE and one in the indoor router, although you can install both in the outdoor CPE.
