Novatel Wireless Receives Extension From Nasdaq to File Form 10-Qs

SAN DIEGO, Oct 21, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Novatel Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq:NVTL), a leading provider of wireless broadband access solutions, today announced that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel (the "Panel") granted the Company's request for an extension of the deadline previously established by the Panel for the Company to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2008. The Panel's determination to grant the Company's extension request was subject to the condition that the Company files its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 on or before November 17, 2008 and its Form-10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 on or before December 1, 2008. The Company anticipates that it will file the Forms 10-Q on or before these new deadlines.
