SAN DIEGO, Jun 09, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Novatel Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq:NVTL), a leading provider of wireless broadband solutions, today announced that the Audit Committee of its Board of Directors has selected Ernst & Young LLP to serve as its independent registered public accounting firm. Ernst & Young replaces the Company's previous independent registered accountant, KPMG LLP.

Novatel Wireless reported its decision to the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 9, 2009 in a Form 8-K filing. There were no disagreements with KPMG on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
